Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk
  • ½ cup chocolate flavored collagen peptides
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (6.5-oz) can whipped topping, optional
  • Ground nutmeg, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, collagen peptides, and maple syrup in a large saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and blended.
  2. Ladle hot chocolate into mugs. Serve immediately with marshmallows. If desired, top with whipped topping, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
