Collagen Hot Cocoa
Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- ½ cup chocolate flavored collagen peptides
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 (6.5-oz) can whipped topping, optional
- Ground nutmeg, optional
Instructions
- Combine milk, collagen peptides, and maple syrup in a large saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and blended.
- Ladle hot chocolate into mugs. Serve immediately with marshmallows. If desired, top with whipped topping, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
