Ingredients

  • 1 (15-oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp almond flour
  • 1 Tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp almond milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Semisweet chocolate chips, optional
  • 1 (8.8-oz) pkg biscoff cookies
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg milk chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 (7-oz) pkg butter biscuits
  • 1 (5.52-oz) box biscotti almond cookies

Instructions

  1. Place the first 9 ingredients in a food processor; process on high until smooth. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, if desired. Serve with cookies.
