Edible Chickpea Brownie Batter

Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp almond flour
- 1 Tbsp chocolate protein powder
- ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp almond milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Semisweet chocolate chips, optional
- 1 (8.8-oz) pkg biscoff cookies
- 1 (6-oz) pkg milk chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 (7-oz) pkg butter biscuits
- 1 (5.52-oz) box biscotti almond cookies
Instructions
- Place the first 9 ingredients in a food processor; process on high until smooth. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, if desired. Serve with cookies.
