Sesame Chicken Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups jasmine rice
  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ cups sesame sauce
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned and chicken is done. Add sauce; reduce heat, and cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  3. Serve chicken over rice. Sprinkle with onions and sesame seeds.

  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir fry mix 
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook vegetables in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
