Sesame Chicken Bowls
Mixed VegetablesIngredients
- 1½ cups jasmine rice
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ cups sesame sauce
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned and chicken is done. Add sauce; reduce heat, and cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Serve chicken over rice. Sprinkle with onions and sesame seeds.
