Mexican Street Corn Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz) already rolled out bakery pizza dough
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ (8-oz) pkg shredded pepper Jack cheese, divided
- 1 cup frozen roasted corn, thawed
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 (11.62-oz) Mexican street corn salad kit
- 1 cup crumbled queso fresco
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Press dough into a 16-inch round on a lightly greased pizza pan. Spread mayonnaise over dough.
- Top with 2 cups pepper Jack cheese, corn, chicken, 1 cup pepper Jack cheese, and cilantro. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
- Prepare salad kit according to package directions. Top pizza with salad; sprinkle with crumbled cheese.
