Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 English cucumber, chopped
  • 2 avocados, halved
  • 3 Tbsp lime juice
  • 12 soft taco flour tortillas
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro, optional

Instructions

  1. Warm chicken and teriyaki sauce in a saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring to coat.
  2. Stir together yogurt and chili sauce in a medium bowl; add cucumber, tossing to coat.
  3. Mash avocado and lime juice together. Spread avocado mixture on tortillas. Top with chicken mixture, cucumber mixture, and, if desired, cilantro.
