Creamy Salmon Salad
Fresh Fruit, Crispbread, and Mixed Greens
Ingredients
- ¼ cup finely chopped celery
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 1½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 (14.75-oz) can wild Alaskan pink salmon, drained and flaked
- ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine celery, mayonnaise, yogurt, onion, mustard, and lemon zest in a medium bowl. Stir in salmon, dill, salt, and pepper.

- 1 navel orange, cut into wedges
