Creamy Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 1½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 (14.75-oz) can wild Alaskan pink salmon, drained and flaked
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine celery, mayonnaise, yogurt, onion, mustard, and lemon zest in a medium bowl. Stir in salmon, dill, salt, and pepper.

  • 1 (5-oz) pkg spring mix
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, halved
  • 1 navel orange, cut into wedges
  • 8 slices multigrain crispbread
