Pepperoni Crust Pizza Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Italian bread
  • 3 Tbsp butter, softened
  • ½ (3.5-oz) pkg pepperoni, divided
  • 3 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread one side of each slice of bread with softened butter; top evenly with 3 pepperoni. Sprinkle with Parmesan, pressing gently to adhere. Invert 6 slices onto a work surface, pepperoni side down.
  2. Layer unbuttered sides with 1 slice cheese, remaining pepperoni, and 1 slice cheese. Cover with remaining slices, buttered-side up.
  3. Cook sandwiches, in batches, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until bread is browned, pepperoni are crisp, and cheese is melted.

  • ½ (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup fish shaped cheese crackers

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
