Ingredients

  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro, divided
  • 5 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp minced ginger
  • 1½ lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
  • 6 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Whisk together shallots, ¼ cup cilantro, soy sauce, and ginger in a large bowl. Transfer half of mixture to a second bowl.
  2. Add chicken and breadcrumbs to shallot mixture in one bowl; gently mix together using your hands. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
  3. Add slaw and ¼ cup cilantro to shallot mixture in remaining bowl; toss.
  4. Grill patties, uncovered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until centers are no long pink. Grill buns 2 minutes or until toasted. Serve patties on buns with slaw.

  • 1½ lb small red potatoes, halved
  • 2 shallots, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together all ingredients on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  2. Roast 15 to 18 minutes or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned, stirring halfway through baking.
