Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground mild Italian pork sausage
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg garlic and butter seasoned croutons
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup pepperoni minis

Instructions

  1. Cook beef, sausage, onion, and red pepper in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  2. Stir in marinara sauce; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes. Top meat mixture with croutons, and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with mini pepperoni.
