Upside-Down Pizza Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground mild Italian pork sausage
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (5-oz) pkg garlic and butter seasoned croutons
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup pepperoni minis
Instructions
- Cook beef, sausage, onion, and red pepper in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in marinara sauce; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes. Top meat mixture with croutons, and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with mini pepperoni.
