Hot Honey Brussels and Chicken Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg halved Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup hot honey

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until browned and done. Remove from skillet.
  2. Add Brussels, onion, and garlic to skillet; cook, stirring frequently, until Brussels are browned. Add broth; cover, and cook 3 minutes or until Brussels are tender.
  3. Return chicken and all accumulated juices to skillet; cook, stirring, until thoroughly heated. Drizzle with hot honey.
