Orange-Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

Angel Hair Pasta with Herbs and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 (1-lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag; seal and chill at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours.
  2. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook pork in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned.
  4. Place skillet in oven, and bake 15 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 145°F. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

  • 1 (4.8-oz) pkg herb angel hair pasta mix
  • 1½ cups water
  • ⅔ cup reduced fat milk
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions using water, milk, and butter.
  2. Meanwhile, steam broccoli according to package directions.
