Orange-Rosemary Pork Tenderloin
Angel Hair Pasta with Herbs and Broccoli
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 (1-lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag; seal and chill at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours.
- Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook pork in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned.
- Place skillet in oven, and bake 15 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 145°F. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

- 1 (4.8-oz) pkg herb angel hair pasta mix
- 1½ cups water
- ⅔ cup reduced fat milk
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions using water, milk, and butter.
- Meanwhile, steam broccoli according to package directions.
