Greek Pork Chops
Grilled Asparagus with Tomatoes and Feta
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- ½ Tbsp Greek seasoning
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup tzatziki dip with cucumber and garlic
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork with seasoning. Cook pork in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until done. Serve with tzatziki dip.

- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Toss asparagus with oil, salt, and pepper. Grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Transfer to a platter, and sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese.
