BLT Shrimp Rolls

Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon
- 1½ lb peeled and deveined large raw shrimp
- 1 cup Ranch dressing, divided
- 6 sub rolls, split and toasted
- 12 leaves green leaf lettuce
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
- Cook shrimp in hot drippings 2 to 3 minutes per side or until done. Transfer shrimp to large bowl. Add ⅓ cup Ranch dressing; toss until shrimp are well coated.
- Fill toasted rolls with lettuce, tomatoes, shrimp, and bacon; drizzle with remaining Ranch.

- Bake fries according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
