Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1½ lb peeled and deveined large raw shrimp
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing, divided
  • 6 sub rolls, split and toasted
  • 12 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
  2. Cook shrimp in hot drippings 2 to 3 minutes per side or until done. Transfer shrimp to large bowl. Add ⅓ cup Ranch dressing; toss until shrimp are well coated.
  3. Fill toasted rolls with lettuce, tomatoes, shrimp, and bacon; drizzle with remaining Ranch.

  • 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen waffle cut French fries

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
