Crunchy Sloppy Joe Subs
Bacon-Ranch-Crunch SaladIngredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen onion rings
- 1½ lb ground beef
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 12 slices Cheddar cheese
- 6 sub rolls, split and toasted
Instructions
- Bake onion rings according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Add ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder; cook, stirring until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
- Layer cheese slices over bottom halves of toasted rolls. Top with beef mixture and desired amount of onion rings. Cover with roll tops.
