Cowboy Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 (15-oz) can Ranch style beans
- 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly; drain, and transfer to a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.
- Cover, and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese; cover until cheese melts.
