Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 (15-oz) can Ranch style beans
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly; drain, and transfer to a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.
  3. Cover, and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese; cover until cheese melts.
