Turkey Burgers with Garlic-Herb Cheese
Balsamic Pan-Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground turkey
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 head Bibb lettuce, separated into leaves
- 1 (6.5-oz) pkg garlic herb spreadable cheese
- 1 tomato, cut into 6 slices
Instructions
- Combine turkey, shallots, salt, garlic powder, pepper, flour, and egg in a large bowl. Shape into 6 patties.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Arrange lettuce in 6 stacks of 2 leaves each. Top with burgers. Spread cheese on burgers; top with tomato.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook broccoli in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat; sprinkle with vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss.
