Raspberry Bourbon Rickey

Ingredients

  • ½ lime
  • Ice cubes
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 3 Tbsp bourbon
  • 1 tsp simple syrup
  • ½ cup tangerine flavored sparkling water, chilled
  • Garnishes: lime wedges and raspberries

Instructions

  1. Squeeze lime half over a cocktail shaker half filled with ice, and drop it in. Add raspberries, and muddle.
  2. Add bourbon, simple syrup, and ice to fill cocktail shaker. Cover, and shake 30 seconds or until cold. Strain into a Collins glass filled half full with ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish, if desired.
