Raspberry Bourbon Rickey
Ingredients
- ½ lime
- Ice cubes
- ¼ cup raspberries
- 3 Tbsp bourbon
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- ½ cup tangerine flavored sparkling water, chilled
- Garnishes: lime wedges and raspberries
Instructions
- Squeeze lime half over a cocktail shaker half filled with ice, and drop it in. Add raspberries, and muddle.
- Add bourbon, simple syrup, and ice to fill cocktail shaker. Cover, and shake 30 seconds or until cold. Strain into a Collins glass filled half full with ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish, if desired.
