Hot Honey-Feta Chicken

Ingredients
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp hot sauce
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Combine honey, hot sauce, and crushed red pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes or until warm. Remove from heat, and let cool.
- Pound chicken to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook chicken in hot oil in a cast-iron or ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
- Top chicken with cheese; transfer skillet to oven. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Drizzle with hot honey mixture.

- ½ lb fingerling potatoes, halved
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine Brussels sprouts, potatoes, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until browned and tender.
