Cheesy Tuna Melts
Chilled Red Grapes
Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) container deli tuna salad
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 8 (1-oz) slices whole grain bread
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter
Instructions
- Combine tuna salad and parsley. Top 4 bread slices with tuna salad, tomato, and cheese; cover with remaining 4 bread slices.
- Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter. Cook sandwiches, in batches if necessary, in a large skillet over medium-low heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until toasted and cheese melts. Cut in half to serve.

- Chill grapes until ready to serve.
