Asian Chicken-Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
- ¾ cup quinoa
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup frozen shelled edamame
- ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- 2 (4-oz) mandarin oranges in juice cups, drained
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ¼ cup sesame ginger dressing
- ¼ cup salted sunflower kernels
Instructions
- Cook quinoa according to package directions; stir in salt. Cook edamame according to package directions.
- Toss together quinoa, edamame, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
