Mediterranean Pita Pizzas

Ingredients
- ¾ lb lean ground beef
- 1½ tsp salt free Greek seasoning
- 3 pita bread
- 1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, if needed, and return to skillet. Stir in Greek seasoning.
- Meanwhile, place pitas on a baking sheet; spray with cooking spray, and bake 5 minutes.
- Top each pita with beef, tomato, and cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ English cucumber, sliced
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
- ¼ cup light balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
