Pecan and Honey-Roasted Salmon
Mushroom and Herb Couscous and Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 (¾-lb) salmon fillet
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- ½ Tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard
- ½ Tbsp honey
- ¼ cup finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on a lightly greased foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Stir together butter, mustard, and honey; spread over fish. Sprinkle with nuts, and cook 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

- 1 (5.4-oz) pkg wild mushroom and herb couscous
- 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare couscous according to package directions, omitting oil or butter.
- Steam green beans according to package directions.
