Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Hummus with Celery Sticks and Pretzels

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen breaded chicken tenderloins
  • 2 burrito flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • ¾ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Ranch dressing
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Bake chicken according to package directions. Heat tortillas according to package directions.
  2. Combine wing sauce and butter in a bowl. Dip chicken in sauce mixture; place in warm tortillas, and top with cheese, dressing, tomato, and lettuce. Roll up, and cut in half.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 6 celery sticks
  • ½ (7.2-oz) bag pretzel thins
  • ½ (10-oz) container roasted red pepper hummus

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve celery and pretzels with hummus.
