Buffalo Chicken Wraps
Hummus with Celery Sticks and Pretzels
Ingredients
- 4 frozen breaded chicken tenderloins
- 2 burrito flour tortillas
- ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- ¾ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 Tbsp Ranch dressing
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
Instructions
- Bake chicken according to package directions. Heat tortillas according to package directions.
- Combine wing sauce and butter in a bowl. Dip chicken in sauce mixture; place in warm tortillas, and top with cheese, dressing, tomato, and lettuce. Roll up, and cut in half.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 6 celery sticks
- ½ (7.2-oz) bag pretzel thins
- ½ (10-oz) container roasted red pepper hummus
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve celery and pretzels with hummus.
