Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
- ½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- 1½ Tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1½ Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ cup shredded red or green cabbage
- 4 corn tortillas, toasted
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Cook shrimp in a skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp are done.
- Meanwhile, stir together chili sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey in a small bowl.
- Divide cabbage and shrimp among tortillas. Drizzle with sauce; sprinkle with cilantro.

- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ⅓ cup crumbled cotija cheese
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook corn in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Transfer corn to a bowl. Add cheese and remaining ingredients to bowl; toss.
