Sesame-Ginger Beef
Rice Noodles and Sesame Snow Peas

Ingredients
- ½ lb ground sirloin
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp brown sugar
- 1½ Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Dash of ground ginger
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cook beef and garlic in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly.
- Meanwhile, stir together sugar, soy sauce, oil, and ginger in a small bowl.
- Add sugar mixture to skillet; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with onion.

- 2 oz rice noodles
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 (8-oz) pkg snow peas
- 1 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Toss with oil.
- Cook snow peas according to package directions. Stir in soy sauce and sesame seeds.
