Loaded Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
- 3 oz tortilla chips
- ⅔ cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (4-oz) can diced green chiles, drained
- ½ cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- ⅔ cup frozen corn kernels
- ⅓ cup drained refrigerated salsa
- ½ avocado, sliced or chopped
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place chips on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Top with chicken and chiles. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Meanwhile, cook corn in a large skillet coated with cooking spray 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Top nachos with corn, salsa, avocado, and cilantro.
