Ingredients

  • 3 oz tortilla chips
  • ⅔ cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 (4-oz) can diced green chiles, drained
  • ½ cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • ⅔ cup frozen corn kernels
  • ⅓ cup drained refrigerated salsa
  • ½ avocado, sliced or chopped
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place chips on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Top with chicken and chiles. Sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts.
  3. Meanwhile, cook corn in a large skillet coated with cooking spray 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Top nachos with corn, salsa, avocado, and cilantro.
