Ingredients
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 (12-oz) jar sliced roasted red peppers, drained
- 6 naan
- 1 (16-oz) container tzatziki dip
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (5-oz) container crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
Instructions
- Cook onion in 1 Tbsp hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until lightly browned and tender. Add roasted peppers; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Meanwhile, preheat broiler. Arrange naan on a large baking sheet; brush with 1 Tbsp oil. Broil 2 minutes or until toasted.
- Spread tzatziki dip on naan. Top with chicken, vegetables, cheese, and olives.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- ½ cup olive oil vinaigrette
