Peanut Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1½ Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp minced ginger
- 1 to 2 tsp Sriracha
- 8 iceberg lettuce leaves
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Cook turkey in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until turkey is crumbly and no longer pink; keep warm.
- Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, Sriracha, and water as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Spoon turkey into lettuce leaves; drizzle with peanut sauce, and sprinkle with basil. Serve with lime wedges.
