Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning mix
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup refrigerated salsa
- 2 (1-oz) pkg nacho cheese tortilla chips
- ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- ¾ cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- ⅓ cup guacamole
- ¼ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Add seasoning mix, water, and salsa. Simmer 10 minutes or until thickened.
- Gently crush each bag of chips, and open bags down the front or at the top. Fill with beef mixture and desired toppings. Eat straight from the bags.
