Spaghetti Tacos

Easy Parmesan Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 stand 'n stuff taco shells
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  3. Add marinara sauce and garlic powder to skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated. Add pasta, toss, and let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon spaghetti mixture into taco shells. Place in a lightly greased 13-x- 9-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle tacos with cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned and bubbly.

  • 1 (18-oz) pkg premium romaine salad
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup Italian dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl just before serving.
