Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg fettuccine
- 1½ (20-oz) pkg frozen popcorn shrimp
- ½ cup butter
- 1 (0.7-oz) envelope Italian dressing mix
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, and keep warm.
- Cook shrimp according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add dressing mix, stirring to combine. Add crispy shrimp, pasta, and cheese. Toss.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg Italian salad blend
- 1 (5-oz) pkg seasoned croutons
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl just before serving.
