Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg fettuccine
  • 1½ (20-oz) pkg frozen popcorn shrimp
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 (0.7-oz) envelope Italian dressing mix
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, and keep warm.
  2. Cook shrimp according to package directions.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add dressing mix, stirring to combine. Add crispy shrimp, pasta, and cheese. Toss.

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg Italian salad blend
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg seasoned croutons
  • ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl just before serving.
