Cheesy Ham and Green Bean Casserole
Buttery Dinner Rolls
Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg rigatoni
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 (8-oz) pkg green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 (16-oz) pkg chopped ham
- 1 cup fish shaped Cheddar crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add green beans, and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over green beans; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Gradually stir in milk, and cook until thickened and bubbly. Stir in cheese, thyme, and garlic powder until cheese is melted.
- Stir in ham and pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2½-quart baking dish.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with crackers.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen dinner rolls
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
Side Dish Instructions
- Brush tops of rolls with melted butter. Bake rolls according to package directions.
