Ingredients

  • 2 cups barbecue sauce, divided
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg kettle cooked barbecue flavored potato chips, crushed
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 lb chicken tenderloins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place 1 cup barbecue sauce in a shallow bowl. Stir together chips and cheese in a second shallow bowl.
  2. Dip chicken in sauce; dredge in potato chip mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  3. Place on a greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Let stand 20 minutes to set crust.
  4. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until chicken is browned and done. Serve with remaining barbecue sauce for dipping.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated macaroni and cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions; toss with butter and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Heat macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
