Lemon-Pepper Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 (18-oz) pkg mozzarella cheese ravioli
  • 1 lb thick sliced deli lemon pepper chicken 
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, reserving ¼ cup pasta water.
  2. Cut deli chicken into cubes.
  3. Melt butter in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add lemon zest and juice. Season sauce with salt and pepper, if desired; cook over low heat 1 minute.
  4. Toss together ravioli, ¼ cup pasta water, and lemon sauce in a large bowl. Add chicken and cheese; toss again.
