Lemon-Pepper Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 (18-oz) pkg mozzarella cheese ravioli
- 1 lb thick sliced deli lemon pepper chicken
- ½ cup butter
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, reserving ¼ cup pasta water.
- Cut deli chicken into cubes.
- Melt butter in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add lemon zest and juice. Season sauce with salt and pepper, if desired; cook over low heat 1 minute.
- Toss together ravioli, ¼ cup pasta water, and lemon sauce in a large bowl. Add chicken and cheese; toss again.
