Mac-and-Cheese Pizza
Spinach-Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated macaroni and cheese
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- ½ (3.5-oz) pkg sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine macaroni and cheese and beaten eggs. Press mixture onto a lightly greased pizza pan to form pizza crust. Bake 15 minutes or until beginning to brown.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain well.
- Spread pizza sauce over macaroni and cheese "crust." Top with beef, pepperoni, and cheese. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges of macaroni and cheese are lightly browned.

- 1 (17.8-oz) Caesar salad kit
- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby spinach
- ¾ cup salted sunflower kernels
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare salad according to package directions in a large bowl. Add spinach and sunflower kernels; toss.
