Lemon Chicken-Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 (14-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
- 4 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 2 lemons
- 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1½ tsp curry powder
- 1½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Steam broccoli according to package directions. Spread in a greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Top with chicken.
- Grate zest of lemons to measure 2 tsp, and squeeze juice to measure 3 Tbsp.
- Whisk together soup, sour cream, lemon juice, water, and curry powder; spread over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Stir together almond flour, garlic salt, oil and lemon zest; sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
