Turkey Burgers with Sun-Dried Tomato Aïoli
Brussels Sprouts Slaw with Crispy Prosciutto
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- ¼ cup roasted garlic mayonnaise
- 1½ Tbsp sun dried tomato pesto
- 1 cup baby arugula
- ½ tomato, sliced
- ¼ red onion, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together turkey and garlic salt; shape into 3 patties. Grill, covered, 5 minutes per side or until done.
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and pesto in a small bowl.
- Divide arugula among 3 plates. Serve burgers, tomato slices, and onion slices on arugula. Dollop with mayonnaise mixture.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 oz sliced prosciutto
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp Dijon mustard
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ½ (12-oz) pkg shaved Brussels sprouts
Side Dish Instructions
- Place prosciutto in a single layer on a paper towel-lined plate. Cover with another layer of paper towels. Microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp. Crumble crispy prosciutto.
- Whisk together oil, lemon juice, mustard, and pepper in a large bowl. Add Brussels sprouts and prosciutto; toss.
