Minestrone Soup
Garlic Breadsticks
Ingredients
- 2 (32-oz) cartons less sodium chicken broth
- 2 (14.5-oz) cans Italian style diced tomatoes
- 1 (15-oz) can great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15-oz) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups sliced carrot
- 2 cups sliced celery
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 zucchini, cut into half moons
- 3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except zucchini and macaroni in a 5- or 7-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours.
- Add zucchini; cover and cook 30 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package directions; stir into slow cooker.

- 1 (6-count) pkg frozen garlic breadsticks
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake breadsticks according to package directions.
