Ingredients

  • 2 (32-oz) cartons less sodium chicken broth
  • 2 (14.5-oz) cans Italian style diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15-oz) can great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15-oz) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups sliced carrot
  • 2 cups sliced celery
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 zucchini, cut into half moons
  • 3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except zucchini and macaroni in a 5- or 7-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours.
  2. Add zucchini; cover and cook 30 minutes.
  3. Cook pasta according to package directions; stir into slow cooker.

  • 1 (6-count) pkg frozen garlic breadsticks

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake breadsticks according to package directions.
