Bonus Dessert
Caramel Peanut Butter Milkshake
Ingredients
- ¼ cup caramel syrup, divided
- 3 Tbsp chopped salted peanuts, divided
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 cups vanilla low fat frozen yogurt
Instructions
- Pour 1½ Tbsp caramel syrup on a small plate in a circular pattern. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp nuts on another small plate in a circular patter. Dip rim of 2 sundae glasses in caramel syrup; dip rims in nuts to coat.
- Drizzle ¾ tsp caramel syrup around inside of each prepared glass.
- Process milk, peanut butter, and remaining 2 Tbsp caramel in a blender until smooth. Add frozen yogurt, and process until just blended.
- Pour milkshake into 2 glasses. Garnish with remaining 1 Tbsp nuts.
