Bacon Wrapped Beef Patties

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 slices bacon
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp seasoned rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine beef and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl; shape mixture into 6 patties.
  2. Place bacon in a single layer on 2 paper towels on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave 2 minutes. Wrap 1 strip of partially cooked bacon around the edge of each patty and secure with a wooden pick.
  3. Stir together ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar in a small bowl.
  4. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes; flip, and spread tops with ketchup mixture.
  5. Cook 5 minutes or until no longer pink in centers.

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat mashed potatoes according to package directions.
  2. Steam beans according to package directions; toss with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
