Cheeseburger Pita Pizzas

Spinach-Caesar-Bacon Salad

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 6 pita bread rounds
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup hamburger dill pickle chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in seasoning.
  2. Stir together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and relish. Spread over pitas. Top with beef mixture, cheeses, and pickles. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and pitas are toasted.

  • 1 (17.8-oz) Caesar salad kit
  • ½ (5-oz) pkg baby spinach
  • 1 (3-oz) pouch real crumbled applewood smoked bacon
  • ¾ cup salted sunflower kernels

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Prepare salad according to package directions in a large bowl. Add spinach, bacon, and sunflower kernels; toss.
