Cheesy Barbecue Pork Chop Sandwiches
Crunchy Apple Coleslaw and Potato ChipsIngredients
- 2 lb thin sliced boneless pork chops
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup barbecue sauce, divided
- 6 slices Cheddar cheese
- 6 soft pretzel hamburger buns, split and toasted
Instructions
- Season pork with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook pork in hot oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, 2 to 3 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
- Brush pork with ½ cup sauce and top each with 1 slice cheese; cover, and let stand until cheese is melted.
- Serve cheesy pork chops on buns with remaining barbecue sauce.

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tri color coleslaw
- 2 Gala apples, chopped
- 1 (8-oz) bag potato chips
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, and honey in a large bowl. Add coleslaw and apples; toss. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Serve chips on each plate.
