Ingredients

  • 2¼ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 (11.6-oz) bacon Caesar salad kits
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg arugula
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut chicken in half crosswise, and pound to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet; sprinkle with seasoning.
  2. Cook chicken in a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until browned. Transfer chicken to a lightly greased foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is done. Let stand 5 minutes, thinly slice.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare salads in a large bowl according to package directions; add arugula, tomatoes, and chicken; toss. Serve immediately.
