Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup everything bagel seasoning
  • ¾ cup honey mustard 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF. Cut chicken in half crosswise, and pound to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet. Arrange chicken in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Brush butter over chicken; sprinkle with seasoning, pressing gently to adhere.
  2. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Serve with honey mustard for dipping.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • ½ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together broccoli, tomatoes, oil, and pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  2. Bake 10 minutes or until almost tender. Sprinkle with cheese; toss. Bake 5 minutes longer or until tender.
