Ingredients

  • 2¼ lb boneless pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Rub pork all over with oil; sprinkle dressing mix on both sides.
  2. Grill, covered, 5 to 7 minutes per side or until browned and done.

  • 1 red onion, cut into 1 inch thick slices
  • 1 red bell pepper, quartered
  • 1 lb zucchini, cut into ½ inch thick slices
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Arrange vegetables in a single layer on grill. Grill, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until crisp-tender.
