Ingredients
- 2¼ lb boneless pork chops
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Rub pork all over with oil; sprinkle dressing mix on both sides.
- Grill, covered, 5 to 7 minutes per side or until browned and done.

- 1 red bell pepper, quartered
- 1 lb zucchini, cut into ½ inch thick slices
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt

- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Arrange vegetables in a single layer on grill. Grill, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until crisp-tender.
