Figgy Apple Bourbon

Ingredients
- 4 dried figs, chopped
- ¼ cup sparkling apple cider
- 3 Tbsp bourbon
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add figs and cider to a mixing glass; muddle for 1 minute. Add bourbon, cinnamon, and ½ cup ice to fig mixture. Stir vigorously until very cold, about 10 to 20 seconds. Strain into a martini glass.
