Ingredients

  • 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle pork with seasoning. Cook pork in hot oil in a large ovenproof skillet 3 minutes per side or until browned. Transfer skillet to oven.
  2. Bake 12 minutes or until a thermometer inserted reads 145°F. Remove pork from skillet; let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter with honey in same skillet over medium heat. Drizzle sauce over pork.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen green peas
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Steam peas according to package directions; toss with butter and dill. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Heat potatoes according to package directions.
