Honey Butter Pork

Ingredients
- 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle pork with seasoning. Cook pork in hot oil in a large ovenproof skillet 3 minutes per side or until browned. Transfer skillet to oven.
- Bake 12 minutes or until a thermometer inserted reads 145°F. Remove pork from skillet; let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
- Meanwhile, melt butter with honey in same skillet over medium heat. Drizzle sauce over pork.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen green peas
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
Side Dish Instructions
- Steam peas according to package directions; toss with butter and dill. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Heat potatoes according to package directions.
