Sweet and Tangy Glazed Beef Patties
Chopped Asian Salad Kit
Ingredients
- 1½ (1.33-lb) pkg ground beef patties
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook patties in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until browned; remove from skillet. Wipe skillet clean.
- Combine marmalade, soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder in skillet; bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Return patties to skillet; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
