Ingredients

  • 1½ (1.33-lb) pkg ground beef patties
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook patties in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until browned; remove from skillet. Wipe skillet clean.
  2. Combine marmalade, soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder in skillet; bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Return patties to skillet; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
