Ingredients
- 1 (25.5-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn chicken
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 1 (11.4-oz) pkg hard and soft taco dinner kit
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Colby Jack cheese
Instructions
- Cook chicken according to package directions.
- Stir together sour cream and seasoning packet from kit in a bowl. Add water to thin sauce, if desired.
- Heat tortillas and taco shells, if desired. Serve chicken in tortillas and taco shells topped with lettuce, cheese, sour cream mixture, and taco sauce from kit.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen corn kernels
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tsp ground cumin
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook corn in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Stir in beans and cumin; cook until thoroughly heated. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
